In Cote d’Ivoire

//In Cote d’Ivoire

Visited Cities: Abidjan, Yamoussoukro, San Pedro, Bassam, Assinie, Korhogo, Bouake, Ferke, Katiola, Agboville, Gagnoa,

Ivory Coast or Cote d’Ivoire is one of the most developed countries in West Africa. Besides the fact that security has been a lack these last years, things are going back to normal. A lot of investors for a saturated market but still full of opportunities.

The similarity between Philippines in Asia and Ivory Coast in Africa is the kindness of the People. You will never have the feeling of being a foreigner in this country where everyone will try to offer his best.

The Hotels I recommend:

Near the airport you have the choice between Onomo and Radisson

Behind the bridge then Sofitel Ivoire (in Cocody) and Golf Hotel (In Riviera Golf)

In the most animated area called Zone 4 you have the Wafou

And in case you are looking for a Hair Salon, I suggest Jean-Louis David Hair Salon in Zone4. Ask for Fabien.

If you want to try local food than you have two famous places for that. Why Famous ? Because of the quality of the food. Very fresh.

In Cocody: 331 (open all day long). Or something more classy: Le Toit d’Abidjan (Sofitel Ivoire).

In Marcory: “Chez Ambroise”.

In Plateau: Filjim

Top dishes in Cote d’Ivoire:

Attiéké Poisson,  Poulet Braisé, Foutou Sauce Graine, Placali Sauce Gombo.

At the Restaurant Le Toit d’Abidjan, Sofitel Ivoire.

At the Hair Salon Jean-Louis David with the Wonderful Hairdresser called Fabien

At the Restaurant Filjim in an area called Plateau.

In a Village called Gagnoa.

Attending a Muslim Wedding in an area called 2 Plateaux.

Attending a Christian Wedding with Friends in an area called Youpougon.

Don’t Forget to Visit Assinie for Fresh Air, Relaxation and Delicious Fishes

Bon Voyage 🙂
