In The Philippines

//In The Philippines

The Hotel I recommend: Sofitel Plaza Resort & Spa, Manila.

 Here is the view from my room at Sofitel Plaza (Manila). Room 1151 (Imperial Room on the 11th Floor). The best view. If you stay in this hotel, book a room on the swimming pool side.

Philippines has the chance to host more than 7000 beautiful islands. Unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to visit some of these beautiful islands because I was on a Business Trip.

One of the most famous dishes is Sinigang:

What surprises me the most in Philippines is that People are always smiling.

Photo: With one of the employees of the hotel where I was staying.

You can see on the left of the picture my favorite dessert 🙂 Tiramisu. The main course was a beef tenderloin.

The Club Millesime located on the 10th floor offers Breakfast, collations all day and Cocktails from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.

You have a Spa, a Hair Salon, and a Tennis Court on-site.

Hair Salon: Ask for Philippe Tordjman if you want to have a hair cut or just a shampoo. He is the owner. He lives in Philippines for 13 years now.

Hotel: If you really would like to enjoy your stay ask for Gladys (she is from Philippines) from the Club Millesime located on the 10th Floor or Thomas the director of Rooms (he is Half Austrian and half Italian).

You also have a shuttle from the hotel leaving for the Mall of Asia several times a day.
The only negative point is that the hotel doesn’t have a shuttle for the airport but they offer payable taxis. Besides that small fact everything is perfect.
Bon Voyage. 🙂
